STRATEGIC INTENT

Citibank is adopting professional ‘project management’ approach to deliver Citibank’s integrated banking solutions in a short cycle to help customers to use Citibank’s cash management and trade solutions. Reporting to Implementation and Information Services Head, the Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for providing end-to-end implementation project management throughout project planning, documentation, system setup, testing, training in delivery of comprehensive cash, trade and Internet / electronic banking (e-banking) solutions to the clients. As the dedicated Implementation Project Manager, the IM shall take the important customer-fronting responsibility and represent the business to do the ‘real work’ for the customers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Provide end-to-end project management to implement Citi’s comprehensive cash, trade and electronic banking solutions for clients. Coordinate with clients and internal / external business partners throughout implementation lifecycle, including project planning, documentation, integration, system setup, testing and training

 Take over solutions sold from Sales Managers, implement and hand over to service team in BAU status

 Coordinate and provide consulting in integrating e-banking solutions into customers’ business flow and systems

 Cooperate with product manager for launch of new product and solution

 Cooperate with Electronic Banking / Information Services and customer service teams in on-going support and trouble shooting for solutions delivered

 Conduct client training for solutions delivered

 Pre-sales support by providing technical and project management consulting

 Sales opportunity referral

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 University degree

 5+ year experience in multi-national company, preferably in banking industry

 Solid experience in coordination / project management in delivering solutions to clients

 Good coordination skills in working with clients and internal / external business partners. PMP is preferred

 Good knowledge in banking cash, trade and e-banking solutions

 Implementation experience in client ERP and e-banking integration is preferred

 Fluent in written and oral English, effective communications and presentation skill in both Chinese and English

 Able to work independently, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time, skilled in prioritising competing requirements

 Teamwork and service oriented
