Nowadays our life is becoming better and better. Our living conditions have progressed on a large scale. Thanks to the rapid evolution of science and technology, we can get to anywhere we intend in a short time. We can keep healthy much more easily. We can connect to anyone we want at any time. It seems that in such a society we should be happy. However without any doubt, there are still a lot of people who aren't happy.
現在我們的生活越來越好。我們的生活條件也大幅度的提升。多虧了科技的快速發展，我們可以在短時間內去任何我們想去的地方。我們可以更容易地保持健康。我們可以隨時與任何人聯系。似乎在這樣的一個社會，我們應該很開心才對。但是毫無疑問，仍然還有很多人不快樂。
Some days ago, the journalists of CCTV asked some citizens the question: are you happy? Someone said no! However they are not the poorest in the society, they are not the very people who have the most serious illness, and they are not burdened with the heaviest responsibility actually. Maybe they are just not satisfied with the happiness that they have already got. Perhaps it is because that they usually make very high goals for themselves or they are not struggling enough.
前幾天，中央電視臺的記者問了一些公民一個問題：你開心嗎？有人說不開心！然而，實際上他們并不是生活在社會的最底層，也不是那些身患重疾的人，他們也沒有背負很沉重的責任。也許他們只是不滿意所擁有的幸福。也許是因為他們通常把目標設得很高，或者他們沒有足夠的努力。
In my opinion, happiness is very important for us. We need it to keep our good mood and positive attitude. To keep happy, we had better make a goal that is appropriate for ourselves, and of course we should work hard to achieve it.
在我看來，幸福對我們來說是非常重要的。我們需要保持良好的心情和積極的態度。要保持快樂，我們最好制定一個適合自己的目標，當然我們也應該努力實現。
