1． 本科學歷及以上； 2． 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力； 3． 工作態度良好，注重細節，能承受一定的工作壓力； 4． 具有相關工作經歷者優先考慮。 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Good English written and verbal skills; 3. Detail-oriented with polite manner, can afford work pressure; 4. Related Working experience will be an advantage.

崗位職責

1． 協助教師完成教學和科研方面的文案工作； 2． 定期完成報告并提交給學院、學校和其他教育部門； 3． 為教師因公出差做好準備工作，記錄所有出差的重要信息和交流活動； 4． 負責教師的各項報銷工作； 5． 為教師提供及時的幫助。 1. Assisting faculty with their teaching and research work and helping with their paperwork; 2. Writing regular reports and handing in to the related departments of the Joint Institute, SJTU and other education authorities; 4. Making preparations for faculty’s business trips and recording all the important information of the business trips and communication activities; 5. Responsible for faculty’s financial reimbursement; 6. Provide timely help to faculty.
